By accessing this website, booking a session, attending an event, subscribing to our SMS or email communications, or purchasing any offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using any of our services.
By using this website and engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Bloom with Lori provides holistic wellness services including but not limited to Breathwork, Heart-Centered Coaching, Sound Bath Healing, Cacao & Sound Bath experiences, Sweat and Sound Sauna experiences, and The Bloom Room micro classes. Sessions may be offered virtually or in person at 2241 Central Ave, Alameda, CA 94501, unless otherwise stated.
All bookings are made through our third-party scheduling platform. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Promotional codes, including the 15% welcome discount, are valid for the stated period and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
We understand that life happens. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. Class packages and promotional offers are non-refundable once purchased. Bloom with Lori reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session or event; in such cases, a full refund or rescheduled date will be offered.
Our services are intended for wellness, relaxation, and personal growth. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Please consult your healthcare provider before participating if you are pregnant, have a history of cardiovascular conditions, seizures, or any other health concern. You participate voluntarily and assume all responsibility for your own well-being during and after sessions.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and video — is the property of Bloom with Lori and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Consent. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you provide your express prior written consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Bloom with Lori. These messages may include appointment reminders, booking confirmations, promotional offers, updates, and marketing communications. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency. Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt-Out. You may cancel your subscription to SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message upon successful unsubscription. You may also opt out by contacting us through our Let's Connect page.
Help. For help or support, reply "HELP" to any text message you receive from us, or contact us through our Let's Connect page.
Eligibility & Accuracy. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, that the mobile phone number you provide belongs to you or that you have the owner's authorization to use it, and that the number you provide is accurate and current. You agree to notify us of any changes to or deactivation of your mobile number.
Carrier Liability. Bloom with Lori is not responsible for any delays, non-delivery, misdelivery, or technical issues caused by your mobile carrier or any third-party messaging provider. SMS messaging is provided on a best-effort basis and is subject to carrier network availability and limitations.
TCPA Compliance. By consenting to our SMS program, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these terms in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable carrier guidelines. We will not send SMS marketing messages without your express prior consent, and we will honor opt-out requests promptly.
By submitting your email address and opting in, you consent to receive promotional and informational emails from Bloom with Lori. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Bloom with Lori shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or SMS/email communications. Your use of the site and services is at your own risk.
